Returns/Replacements Policy

You may return unused items.  All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 (thirty) days from date of purchase.  All other returns will be void after the 30-day return policy. All returned items must be "unused" and returned in their original packaging.  Customer is responsible for all/any return postage. If item/s are damadged upon receipt we will mail you the replacement item upon evaluation of said products.  ALL ITEMS WILL/MUST BE INSPECTED. We will inform you of our decision by phone or email.   Seller is not responsible for items that have been damaged by mail/postal carriers etc.  If an item is damaged and you have purchased insurance for the items, please notify your postmaster immediately so they can make restitution for your products that were damaged.  Customer/buyer will be responsible for any/all of the return postage of the damaged/returned items.  Seller shall not be responsible for any third party vandalism or theft.  If you have any suspicions please notify the postmaster in your area and/or the police.  When returning an unwanted item we will exchange it for something of equal value at your request, after item is returned per our "Return Policy".   If the new/replaced item is of greater value, customer is responsible to pay for the balance and shipping before a new item will be shipped.  You may call or email for updates at any time.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS
All shipments which refused at the time of delivery will be issued an in-store credit for any item costs remaining after return shipping charges and 10% restocking fee are deducted. We will not issue a refund for the initial shipping charges and/or rush fees. Any additional transportation charges incurred due to the refusal will be charged to the customers account and/or credit card.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
We will use every effort to accomodate changes and order cancellations within the first 24-48 hours of submition of an order.  Please call us within this time to assure we have enough time to make changes to your order.  Most orders will ship within 24-48 hours but may take up to 3 days. 

If your order has already shipped we cannot make any changes.  You will need to make a new order for any additional items you need.
